Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Methods/steps
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
- Add flour and stir with whisk.
- Turn up heat and slowly add warm milk, a little at a time, whisking constantly.
- Add paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over pasta, veggies or even chicken!
