Veggie Wrap

Veggie Wrap
A wrap is a variant of a taco or burrito which includes traditional sandwich fillings wrapped in a pita or soft flour tortilla, a lavash or other soft flatbread. The most popular wraps contain chicken.

  • Cutting Board
  • Vegetable Peeler
  • Sharp Knife
  • Flexiable Spatula

Ingredients

  • Large Flour Tortilla
  • 6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 Sliced Cucumber
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • Watercress
  • A Pinch Salt and Pepper

Methods/steps

  1. Cut tomatoʼs into even slices
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber thinly.
  3. Lightly spread a layer of cream cheese on one side of your tortilla.
  4. Place your veggies in an even patch in the middle of your tortilla. Add sprinkle of salt and pepper for taste.
  5. Begin to wrap, start with the end closest to you and fold it over.
  6. Fold over the farthest side from you.
  7. Fold over the right side on top.
  8. Roll it onto the left side.
  9. Cut in half or on a diagonal and you are set!
