Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
- Large Flour Tortilla
- 6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 Sliced Cucumber
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- Watercress
- A Pinch Salt and Pepper
Methods/steps
- Cut tomatoʼs into even slices
- Peel and slice the cucumber thinly.
- Lightly spread a layer of cream cheese on one side of your tortilla.
- Place your veggies in an even patch in the middle of your tortilla. Add sprinkle of salt and pepper for taste.
- Begin to wrap, start with the end closest to you and fold it over.
- Fold over the farthest side from you.
- Fold over the right side on top.
- Roll it onto the left side.
- Cut in half or on a diagonal and you are set!
