Summer Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 9 Medium Peaches
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Tapioca
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Pie Crusts
- 1 Egg White
- Cooking Spray
Methods/steps
- Peel and slice peaches about ½ inches thick. Place in bowl
- Combine sugar and tapioca in separate bowl.
- Pour sugar mixture over peaches and fold in with large spoon.
- Spray pie plate with cooking spray and place (1) unfolded pie crust inside- smooth out crust over sides and bottom.
- Add peaches and top with ¼ inch slices butter.
- Unfold remaining pie crust and top pie. Crimp edges to seal pie.
- Brush entire top of pie with egg white.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven: @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 45 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing. ENJOY!
