Skillet Breakfast
Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup southern style hash browns - thawed

2 large eggs
-
1 tbsp milk
-
2 1oz slices deli ham – cut in bite size pieces

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)
Methods/steps

In skillet, melt butter and cook hash browns until tender.

In mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

Pour over hash browns and cook until edges begin to set.
-
Add ham and cheese to mixture. Cook until ham is warmed through and cheese is melted.

Cut in half and serves two!
