Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 cups Bisquick all purpose baking mix

1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree

2 large eggs
-
2 tbsp canola oil

1 cup milk
Methods/steps

Mix sugar, Bisquick and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.

Whisk together pumpkin, eggs, oil and milk in a separate bowl.

Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix together until blended.

Over medium heat, coat non-stick griddle with a spray of canola oil.

Pour batter onto hot griddle using a ΒΌ cup measure for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles from on top and then turn over to brown opposite sides.

Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
