Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

A type of moist quick bread made with pumpkins and cranberry. It is usually baked in a rectangular loaf pan, and is often cooked in late fall when fresh pumpkins are available. |
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- Chopped cranberries
Methods/steps
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean
