Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Package (1/4 ounce) Quick-Rise Yeast
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons Plus 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 3/4 Pound Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Sparinkle Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Methods/steps
- Add 2 1/2 cups of flour to the mixing bowl. Add 1 package of the rapid rising yeast.
- Add 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt & 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- With wooden spoon, mix well. Slowly pour in 1 cup warm water and stir.
- Add your 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Start to knead the dough with your fingers until it is all evenly mixed together.
- Lift out your dough and drizzle some olive oil in the bowl. Put the dough back in bowl, cover and set aside for 45 minutes.
- While your dough is rising, start to prepare your toppings. Slice your tomatoes, and shred your mozzarella cheese.
- Take 1/2 cup of flour and dust your cutting board. Take your dough and roll it out with your rolling pin, make sure to put some flour on your rolling pin. Roll until your desired thickness.
- Place on your dough onto your baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil, layer your tomatoes on top, and spread your shredded cheese on top. A pinch of salt and peeper
- Cook for 17-20 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
