Kickin’ Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Parmesan Cheese
- 8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- A Pinch of Salt
- 16 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 Lb Pasta
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Put down two pieces of wax paper, wash and trim your 4 boneless chicken breasts.
- For each chicken breast, fold wax paper over top and start to pound the breast with the flat side of the meat pounder. Repeat with the rest of the chicken breasts.
- Whisk together egg and milk in 1 shallow bowl.
- In the other shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Drench your first chicken breast in the egg-milk mixture, and then coat it with the breadcrumbs on both sides. Repeat for the rest of the chicken.
- Place the 4 chicken breasts on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Fill your large pot with water ¾ full, place heat on high and add a pinch of salt and cover the pot and wait for it to boil.
- Straighten up your cook space, and slice your of mozzarella cheese.
- Pour your spaghetti sauce in a small saucepot and place over low heat, stirring frequently.
- When the large pot of water is boiling, add pasta, cook for as long as the instructions on the back of the package say.
- Place 2 slices of mozzarella on the chicken, and when the cheese is finished melting, your kickin’ chicken will be done too!
- When pasta has cooked according to the package, drain the pasta away from you; make sure to use your oven mitts!
- Plate with pasta, tomato sauce, and chicken… sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
