Hash Brown Potatoes
Ingredients

1/2 cup of chopped onions

2 lbs of hash browns
-
12 tbsp melted butter – divided (half used at two different times)

1 can cream of chicken soup
-
1/2 print sour cream
-
1 1/2 tsp salt
-
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups of special K
Methods/steps

Lay frozen hash brown and 1/2 chopped onions in a 13X9 greased pan.

Mix half of the melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and salt together.

Spread on top of potatoes and onions then sprinkle with cheese.

Mix 2 cups of special K cereal with remaining melted butter and put on top of cheese and potatoes.
-
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

I am a huge hush brown fan, I can eat Hush browns with anything !! Home made hush browns are nothing compared to the Mc Donald ones.
