Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
• 1-2 cups frozen fruit (berries), thawed
• 3 tbsp 100% pineapple juice
• 1 cup of yogurt
• 3 tsp ground cinnamon
Methods/steps
1. Thaw fruit for approximately 40 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glasses and serve cold.
