Frozen Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 lb or 3 heaping cups of frozen fruit of your choice
- 3/4 cup 100% pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Methods/steps
- Thaw fruit for approximately 40 minutes.
- In blender add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Serve cold.
