Devil Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or more to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- Paprika (to taste)
Methods/steps
- Peel the eggs and slice in half long ways.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk mustard, vinegar and mayonnaise.
- Stir in egg yolks with a fork until smooth and season to taste.
- Fill egg-white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chill for an hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
