Cornbread Muffins

Cornbread is a generic name for any number of quick breads (a bread leavened chemically, rather than by yeast) containing cornmeal. |
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ cup honey
- Non stick spray
Methods/steps
- Preheat heat your oven up to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and corn meal together and mix well.
- In a different bowl, put the butter, egg and honey all together and stir well until the mixture is smooth with a whisk.
- Now add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture.
- Use non-stick spray in the muffin pans and pour mixture into each cup
- Bake until golden brown.
- Let stand for a bit before you remove, and then enjoy!
