Christmas Almonds

Baked almonds in sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla. |
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb of nuts
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Methods/steps
- In bowl, beat egg white and vanilla till fluffy
- Stir in nuts into mixture
- In separate bowl, mix brown and white sugar, salt, and cinnamon together
- Dump sugar mixture onto nuts coated with egg white and mix
- Spread sugar coated nuts onto a cookie sheet
- Bake at 225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
