A chocolate chip cookie is a drop cookie from the United States that features chocolate chips as its distinguishing ingredient. Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 oz. package chocolate chips

Methods/steps

  1. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until done.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  3. Beat in your 2 eggs.
  4. Sift and then add your flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix in the oats, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Let cool.

Most Freshest, Moist and delicious chocolate chip cookies I have made and eaten... I added oats to mine as well!
