Ingredients
- ¼ cup or ½ stick of butter melted butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- ¾ teaspoon sweet paprika
- Pinch of salt, pinch of pepper
- 6 flour tortillas
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 400. Pour your parmesan cheese into mixing bowl.
- Add sesame seeds, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix together until all blended.
- Take 1 tortilla and brush the melted butter on top. Repeat on other side.
- Sprinkle a little pinch of your mixture on the tortilla Repeat on other side
- With the knife, carefully cut tortilla in half, and then half again.
- Cut those 4 pieces in half to form triangles.
- Place them on your non-stick baking sheet. Make sure they are separated.
- Place in the middle rack of the oven.
- Take out when they are light brown golden brown.
- Place the chips on a cooling rack or let them cool on the baking sheet.
