Chinese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp accent (this is MSG. omit if you are on an MSG free diet)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar (white)
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- Mix all ingredients
- Use to top salad consisting of chopped cabbage, green onions, chicken (opt), and fried won tons
- Fry won tons yourself by … purchasing won ton skins and put them in a hot pan with oil for just a few seconds on each side till brown. Drain on paper towel and break into crispy chunks
