Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt preferable)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Add the dressing to any combination of the following: 4 cups of broccoli, crasins or raisins, bacon, red onions, nuts, grapes, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, chopped celery.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
