Blueberry & Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups (500-750 ml) cooked grains (e.g.: brown rice)
- 1 c (250 ml) walnuts, chopped
- 1 c (250 ml) raisins
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) rice milk
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vanilla
Methods/steps
- After cooking, return grains to a saucepan. Add all of the above ingredients to the rice, and cook on low heat for 15 min, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. Serve warm or cool. Keep covered in the fridge.
