Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 pounds), quartered
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp each dried thyme, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp salt
Methods/steps
- Set chicken in a shallow glass dish.
- In a saucepan, mix all ingredients and bring to gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and pour over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
- Drain and throw away marinade.
- Grill chicken over medium heat for 40 min.
