Baked Ham Steak
Ingredients
- Canola Oil
- 1 lb hickory smoked lean ham steak
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and coat baking dish with a spray of canola oil.
- Slice edges off of the ham steak to prevent curling during baking and place ham in pan.
- In small bowl, whisk together orange juice, brown sugar, mustard and cloves.
- Brush sauce evenly over ham.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until ham is heated through.
