Asparagus Roasted in Foil
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Pepper
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place asparagus on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to hold the asparagus in a single layer & fold over & seal.
- Sprinkle asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice & dill.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Wrap foil around asparagus (snug but not tightly) & tightly seal by folding edges together.
- Set foil on baking tray & bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus.
