  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Aluminum foil
  • Baking tray

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Pepper

Methods/steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Place asparagus on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to hold the asparagus in a single layer & fold over & seal. 
  3. Sprinkle asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice & dill. 
  4. Season with pepper to taste. 
  5. Wrap foil around asparagus (snug but not tightly) & tightly seal by folding edges together. 
  6. Set foil on baking tray & bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus.
